Job Title: Office Junior/Admin Assistant
ANM Electrical are continuously expanding and due to an increase in workload, we are looking to recruit an Office Junior/Admin assistant to work in our head office. We have a wide range of projects throughout the Highlands in both domestic and commercial sites and require an Office Junior/Admin Assistant to help with the day to day running of the office.
This role would be suited to someone who is looking to start out in an office, it will cover a wide range of tasks such as processing purchase invoices, creating purchase orders, covering the company social media accounts, providing support to the contracts manager and various ad-hoc duties. This is a full time, permanent position but part time would be considered for the suited applicant. The right candidate will also be given the opportunity to gain business and administration modern apprenticeship while working.

- Drivers licence would be an advantage
- Computer literate
- Understanding of Microsoft packages
